Coltrane CRM ("Coltrane," "we," "us," or "our") is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The service provides tools for contact management, deal pipeline tracking, activity logging, and team collaboration — accessible via any modern web browser.
By accessing or using Coltrane CRM, you ("Customer," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
To use Coltrane CRM, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. Accounts registered on behalf of a company or organization must be authorized by that entity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Coltrane CRM only for lawful business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. We may report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
You own your data. All contact records, deal information, activity logs, notes, and any other data you input into Coltrane CRM ("Customer Data") remains your property at all times.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell, rent, or share your Customer Data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain limited rights to use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement and analytics. This data cannot be used to identify you or your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limited liability. In no event shall Coltrane CRM, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability cap. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware if arbitration is not applicable.
Waiver of class actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
